Gardens with species of various colors, wooded park, meadows and orchards of this 18th and 19th century property with elegant buildings, offer the natural setting of this corner of nature that the owners like to share. Swimming pool heated from May to September. Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, cabins, sculpted trees: so many delicious moments in perspective for adults and children alike! It is a small natural paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. The place is ideal for recharging one's batteries but it is also conducive to the discovery of woodworking and dynamic photography. Capacity of 2 people with 1 bedroom upstairs: 1 bed of 140 On the ground floor: bathroom (shower), WC, fully equipped kitchen area, lounge area with TV, DVD player, washing machine. Free internet access. Games room available (shared with the other gite) with billiards, table football, home-trainer..... Bowling green, tennis court. Property managed by a professional.
