Recently restored with their gardens and parking lots, we are pleased to offer you our 2 gîtes, in a former family farm. They can be rented separately or together according to your needs. Each gîte benefits from an outdoor space and private parking. During the renovation in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding, "hotel palace" class, and opted for second-hand furniture that provides a warm atmosphere. Welcome! The gîte is housed in an old farmhouse 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It is a detached house surrounded by green spaces: landscaped garden, private terraces and a pond make up the landscape of the property on a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings coexist with the gîte. It is an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, meet up with family or friends, or simply enjoy a natural environment. Ground floor: open kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 refrigerators/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Large living room/dining room (56m2) 2 bedrooms.
