You'll enjoy the comfort of this small cottage on a 7-hectare property in the Périgord Pourpre region. On the ground floor, this detached house features a fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, a living room (sofa bed)/dining room with a television featuring French and British channels, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the mezzanine floor, you'll have two 90x190 cm beds that can be converted into a 180x190 cm bed. When you return from your visits, you'll enjoy relaxing on the terrace surrounded by a 1000 m² garden. Parking is available in front of the cottage. An unheated, chlorine-free swimming pool, shared with the owners, is secured by an alarm. It measures 14x7 m and is 1.5 m deep. It is open from June 1st to September 30th. The pool has independent access from the cottage.
