VERY MODERN LUXURY VILLA, VILLA GRAZIELLA Situated on the Mediterranean Sea , in Eze , The ground floor of Villa Graziella, 200 meters from the beach, only 10 minutes away from Monaco, 3 minutes from Beaulieu-sur-Mer and 30 minutes from Nice, is the ideal place from which to explore and enjoy the beauty of the Côte d’Azur. The ground floor is completely private , with private pool , JACUZZI and private access to outdoor amenities , private parking . Please take note that from October until end of May , the pool can be heated ( extra charge of 450 Eur Per week) and you have to let know the owner 72h before arrival. Surrounded by a lot of greenery and beautiful trees,Villa Graziella is secluded and discrete, a quiet oasis where you can escape the crowds and enjoy complete rest and privacy. Villa Graziella ,3 bedrooms and bathrooms ,offers you an unforgettable stay with luxurious and 3comfortable design. The chic and refined decoration, the choice of chic and upscale colors and materials, as well as the layout of the space have been carefully crafted, to create living spaces where there is a real sweetness of life. Each room of the villa has an exceptional bedding and a sober and elegant furniture .They have a private terrace, overlooking the pool, or with a beautiful view of the garden and mountain.
Parents of 2 girls, I am Assistant Manager in a hotel and my husband is a Pastry Chef and we value the chance that we have to live in this beautiful place of the French Riviera. The family holds an important place in our life, we love trips with our children, so we try to make a great family holiday from time to time and our motto is : FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS ! The clients of Villa GRAZIELLA are like family ... We live in the same villa , on the 2nd floor and I personally welcome all guests when they arrive. During their stay , I ‘ am available at mostly any time without being intrusive ,I respect their space and privacy and I understand the need for information and exchanges, if wanted. I am very flexible and my aim is to make their stay as pleasant as possible. We like to know a bit about our guests, so we talk to them whenever we get an opportunity.
