Kimi Residence provides apartments located 2 km from the Cannes Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The air-conditioned apartments have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. They are fully equipped with a kitchen area with a refrigerator, hot plates and dining and cooking utensils. Some apartments have a balcony. Guests can enjoy a drink on the garden's terrace and use the barbecue facilities. Kimi Residence is located a 5-minute drive from the centre of Cannes and La Croisette Beach. Kimi offers a shuttle service to and from the Nice Côte d'Azur and Cannes - Mandelieu Airports. Private parking is available free of charge.
