The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV, double sofa bed and armchairs - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), a double sofa bed and a bathroom (shower) and toilet - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed with bathroom (shower) and toilet. Possibility of adding a single bed. - Bedroom 3: four single beds - One bathroom (bath) - One separate toilet Exterior: - An above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 5.49x2.75x1.35 and accessible all year round. Opening dates non-contractual. - A sunny, semi-enclosed garden shared with the owners, with a swing for children. - A 20 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
