The team at Les Balcons des Aiguilles are always happy to welcome visitors to this smart, high-standard residence, nestled in the heart of the charming ski resort of La Toussuire. The ideal location, excellent facilities and friendly team will all help ensure that visitors enjoy their stay, along with the great skiing conditions thanks to the expansive and challenging slopes of the surrounding Les Sybelles ski domain. Welcoming, helpful and attentive, the English and French speaking team will do everything within their power to make visitors have all necessary information and assistance during their stay.

Property information

This residence is made up of three chalets, which have been built in the traditional Savoyard style. The residence offers an indoor swimming pool/Jacuzzi, both of which can be accessed free of charge, as well as a sauna and steam room, open on reservation at reception (1 free session offered per apartment per week). Apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with microwave oven/grill, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels and a TV (may only have French channels) are included in the cost of accommodation, and a bakery service is available to order and pay for at reception.

Neighbourhood information

This residence is located in a quiet area of the resort, 100m from the ski lifts (ski back to door possible), 50m from a mini-market and 20m from a ski hire shop. The apartments each have a balcony or terrace, offering an unspoilt view onto the mountains. The resort centre and amenities, 800m from the residence, are accessible on foot or via a free public shuttle bus service which runs regularly throughout the day. The train station in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, 17km from the resort, can also be reached by a shuttle bus service, which stops regularly in front of the residence.

Opening Hours: all days 08:00-10:30 am and 16:30 to 19:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. The swimming pool and hot tub are open from 09:00 and 18:45 and are closed on Saturdays. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.

Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Contact the residence directly or the reservations department for pricing.
