Set in a 16th-century renovated historic mansion in Caen city centre, this B&B features a terrace, a floral courtyard with outdoor furniture and spacious rooms with a private bathroom. A stone's throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes and the Place Saint-Sauveur, the Clos Saint-Martin is a former 16th-18th century mansion. Outside, this guest house has a private courtyard and a terrace that allows its guests to enjoy a moment of relaxation in a quiet setting full of history.

On the ground floor, there are : - A lounge of nearly 40 m2, allowing to welcome seminars (up to 15 people) or events such as exhibitions, vernissages, etc... - A dining room of more than 30 m2 where breakfasts are served. This room can also be used for seminars or events. On the 3 floors, 6 rooms/suites are distributed to accommodate up to 4 people each. You will find : - The Green Room, decorated with paintings and pictures illustrating the fauna and flora, - The Yellow Room, in which you will find old photos of Caen and its surroundings, - The Blue Room, decorated with posters of films shot in Normandy, - The Red Room, in which you will find posters of music festivals in Normandy, - The Pink Room, with its romantic decor, - The White Room, with its cocooning atmosphere.
