Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is composed as follows - A living room with sofa, foldaway double bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 15 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying sunny days. Other information - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
