Les Juliannes is a magnificent estate, dating back to 1664, situated in the heart of the Tarn countryside. Whether visiting with family or friends, you'll enjoy access year-round to a vast park and 50 hectares of preserved woodlands rich in local wildlife and flora. You will be staying in an exceptional setting, close to Albi, Gaillac, Lautrec, Ambialet, and the Tarn Valley. Here, relaxation and well-being are key! Enjoy the swimming pool, beautiful historic buildings, nature walks, sightseeing, river activities, and serene countryside. The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15, sometimes more or less depending on the weather.

It is the tenant's responsibility to take all necessary precautions when using the premises, especially the swimming pool, especially if staying with young children, who must be supervised (a system can never be considered 100% reliable, so swimming must always be supervised).

The precautions to be taken also apply to the various walls, low walls, crossings and any other features of the gîte and its rural environment, and their vegetation.
