There is an elevator in the building and paid parking on the premises. To protect our community, we may request an onsite deposit which will be charged in the case of a house rules violation. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

In the neighboring town of Antibes, you’ll find a museum dedicated to Picasso, ancient ramparts dating back to the Greeks, 16th century ramparts, luxurious private chateaus and plenty of million-dollar yachts. Both towns have plenty of places to eat and drink in style, but if you’re looking for more low-key, Juan-les-Pins is the ideal choice.
