In the charming Latin Quarter, off Boulevard Saint-Germain and steps to Notre Dame, you'll have a spacious private room and bath with its own entrance and security. On a quiet one-way Parisian street and a stone's throw to popular restaurants, cafés, wine bars. The private room has a double size bed, modern bathroom and shower, full-length closet & mirror, desk & chair, a large ceiling window that brings in natural light and a smaller window opposite that opens, should you like. Ideal for 1 person or a couple who wants to be in the heart of Paris -- out-and-about, but with a quiet comfortable room to rest, restore and step out!
American couple who has lived and worked in France for nearly 30 years. Spend our time between our property here in Paris and in San Sebastián, Spain. Love to be active, out and about, in our beautiful Parisian neighbourhood. Very accommodating and empathetic towards our guests' needs, as many are staying here from foreign countries. Speak multiple languages. Looking forward to hosting you.
The flat is located in one of the most charming areas of all of Paris on a one-way street, within walking distance to Michelin star restaurants and casual restaurants; museums, parks, shopping and just across from Notre-Dame and Isle Saint-Louis, where you find some of the most scenic memorable views in all of Paris.
