The Residence Topaze is located in Rue des Belges, in the city center of Cannes, 50 meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. Completely renovated, the Residence Topaze is composed of 10 apartments (21 rooms) luxurious, equipped and modern. The AGATE, ONYX, AMETHYSTE, TURQUOISE and OPALE apartments of 15 to 25m2 can accommodate 2 people. They are composed of a bedroom and a bathroom. The 40m2 JADE apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The 85m2 SAPHIR and EMERAUDE apartments have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartments, DIAMANT and RUBIS, can accommodate up to 8 people. DIAMANT (90 m2) has an outdoor terrace with a Jacuzzi. RUBIS (110 m2) has a whirlpool bath. You will find in our apartments everything you need for your vacations or your professional stay. The bedding is of very high quality and the wifi is free. The apartments also have air conditioning. Our LRA CANNES team will make sure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible. Please note that we do not accept American Express cards. A cash deposit will be possible exceptionally. The deposit amounts to 1000 EUR for the apartments of 1 to 2 rooms. The deposit is 2000 EUR for 3 bedroom apartments. The security deposit for 4 bedroom apartments is 3000 EUR. Please note that it is necessary to call the establishment during opening hours to arrange a check-in appointment as there is no reception. Late check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability. The following fees will apply: - Between 8pm and 10pm: EUR 50 - Between 10pm and midnight: 80 EUR - After midnight : 100 EUR BEDS are set up as doubles by default. If you want single beds (if the apartment is suitable), please indicate this when booking. Any request for modification for a reservation with arrival the same day will be invoiced.
