This 4-star Residhome is located in Grenoble, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It offers accommodation with free WiFi and views of the Vercors and Belledonne Mountains. Apartments at the Caserne de Bonne Residhome have a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. They are each furnished with a flat-screen TV and a work desk. Guests of the Residhome Grenoble Caserne De Bonne have access to the sauna and gym area. The resort also provides a 24-hour reception and bar. There is a shopping centre with shops and restaurants just 150 metres away. The Caserne De Bonne is a 15-minute walk from the SNCF train station and just 3 minutes from the nearest Tram stop.

For stays of 4 nights or less, the following are included in the cleaning service: beds made, towels changed, bathroom cleaned and trash emptied.
For week stays, the following are included in the cleaning service, which is provided on the 7th day: bed linen and towels changed, beds made, complete cleaning of the apartment (except for the kitchen area).
The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.
Please note that guests paying in cash must pay a EUR 300 deposit upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure.
Air conditioning is not available in Summer 2020.
Please note that guests bringing pets must pay a EUR 100 security deposit upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure, subject to a damage inspection.
