This property is a beautiful shared villa with my 2 kids and me. You will have your own space on the upper floor consisting of 2 bedrooms of which one has a balcony and a private bathroom only for you to use. There is a double bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed in the kids room as well as books and toys for them. Downstairs there is a shared kitchen and living room which you can use as you like. You will have your own fridge with some cupboard space Outdoors there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and ping pong table which you can use whenever you want. No specific timings. Grocerie stores are a 15'minute walk and the beach is a 4 minute drive or 25 minutes walk .as well as restaurants.

I am French originally but grew up in Asia So am used to co-sharing houses. I have 2 sons living here with me, 18 and 11 years old. We are looking forward to meeting you and enjoying our villa with you

The villa is in a residential area about 2kms from the beach and restaurants 1 km from a big supermarket. There is a beautiful trail of 3kms starting from the villa just behind. It's a quiet villa surrounded by other villas. No buildings.
