Villa Margaux, part of the Simply Simpson collection, is a charming and well-appointed villa near Figari in southern Corsica, ideal for couples. It features two en-suite bedrooms, a private heated pool, and air conditioning, offering a comfortable stay despite being less luxurious than some other options. French doors lead seamlessly from the interior to the pool deck, perfect for al fresco dining or a romantic evening under the stars. The villa is just a four-minute walk from the excellent ferme auberge restaurant, Pozzo di Mastri, and is conveniently located between Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio, known for their vibrant harbors and celebrity visitors. Figari village, a three-minute drive away, offers shops, a supermarket, and opportunities to explore local vineyards. The south coast is dotted with stunning beaches, including La Tonnara, famous for its sunsets. Although not as secluded as some rural villas, Villa Margaux provides privacy and easy access to the area’s attractions, making it a fantastic and well-valued choice, especially if combined with neighboring Villa Amelie for larger groups.

Layout The villa features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with a TV, which opens onto a covered terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There are two double bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and an en-suite bathroom (without WC). Additionally, there are two separate WCs.
