Cocoonr offers you this charming villa with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, 200 m² and able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. Overlooking the sea, it comprises a vast 75 m² living room, equipped kitchen. Separate toilet on ground floor. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 1 office with sofa bed. The accommodation comprises - A 75 m² living room with connected TV, fireplace and wood-burning insert (wood to be split on site!) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - separate WC - On the 1st level: a master bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom (with shower and bath +WC) - On 2nd level: 2 bedrooms with double beds 1 bedroom with queen-size bed 2 shower rooms with WC 1 office with sofa bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - Terrace, big garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A private, heated swimming pool, open from May to September 30 (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change). - A private Jacuzzi, open all year round. - A bicycle shed is available. - The garden is shared with the studio (Note: recent work has made the lawn inaccessible in places). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The opening dates of the swimming pool and jacuzzi are non-contractual and subject to change by the local accommodation manager. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. - The “Villa Marine” can be rented “on request” at the same time as the ground floor apartment, “Studio Marin”, and thus accommodate 10 travelers.

The villa is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting facing the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, in the car park that can accommodate 4 vehicles.
