“We had a great stay at this property, which was very homely and very comfortable. The property was spacious and had everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. We were there for just two nights, but would have been more than happy...”

“Such a lovely unique property, decorated to reflect the owners' love of antiques. Brilliant to have a travel cot and highchair provided for our little one and the extra touches like milk and wine left for us were much appreciated. Ideally located...”

1 Havannah Court is an interesting and very attractive building with its large round windows and turret on the corner.
The apartment is fortunate in having its own private entrance down a little side street just off Bridge Street about 100 yards from the main square and is above an interior design shop.
Split over two levels with very high ceilings and large windows there is a great feeling of space and light. Having only recently bought the apartment it was the lovely feel of the place that struck us immediately. Everyone so far that's visited has commented on this.
We have tried to decorate in sympathy with the age and period of Havannah Court and our own love of antiques and things that we find at auctions and places in and around the Borders.
As with our other holiday let in Kelso Abbey View we have tried to make sure our guests have all the amenities to make there stay with us as comfortable as possible. Like home from home.
The kitchen is equipped with everything from modern appliances to cling film and kitchen foil.
There is a large bathroom with both a large bath and a separate electric shower.
We have also put a handy hook up the stairs for fishing rods.
We have been in the Borders for four years now and we absolutely love it. This will be our second self catering holiday apartment in Kelso and its because of our success with ABBEY VIEW our first we thought we would get another one.
There is so much going on in Kelso, we both love going to the races and Richard loves fishing on the Tweed.
I have a horse that I keep nearby and love riding round the hills. There is so much space and the views are amazing.
Having been here four years I don't think either of us have had a boring day.
The whole of the Borders is an amazing place just come and visit you will see what we mean.
Kelso boasts a very attractive cobbled central square and Town Hall, it is one of the largest Border Towns.
Kelso races is one of the friendliest racecourses in the country. Horses feature all the time in the area with Civic Weeks and Common riding when you will see hundreds of horses and riders riding through the towns and boundaries.
Floors Castle has many events and is a beautiful castle to visit.
Springwood Park has all sorts from Scooter/moped show to a famous Ram show. Antiques and a Dog Show
Kelso has many independent shops, Pubs and restaurants.
Fishing on the Tweed for Salmon has been popular for many years.
Not only is apartment dog friendly so is most of Kelso.
