17 Eastgate is a 2 bedroomed town house in the heart of Cowbridge, which offers an array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and award winning restaurants, with Excellent public transport links to Cardiff centre.
The property sits on the main road through the centre of Cowbridge,
On entering the property you are greeted by a traditional sitting room complete wit a log burner which flows through to an amazing light and airy kitchen diner, which opens to a private garden area perfect for entertaining.
The second floor is accessed via a traditional staircase which opens onto a galleried landing with dressing area.
Bedroom accommodation consists of a luxurious king size bedroom to the front of the property and a comfortable double room to the rear, along with a modern bathroom. Downstairs there is also a luxurious double shower room.
