we hope you will love our 1900s character property as much as we do, from the high ceilings and light open living space combined with tasteful decoration makes for a comfortable stay. Ideally located for local woodland walks or motorway links, we welcome people on holiday travel stop offs an d workmen, as well, the kitchen is adequately fitted with oven small fridge freezer and washing machine, the living space interconnects into each other providing a nice environment to socialise, There is a smart tv in the lounge with a small designated space with a desk and lamp. There are two double bedrooms with storage and a single bedroom with large bathroom with over the bath shower.

We fell into hosting by an accident, about 4 years ago, we love meeting and talking to guests but also give guests space and privacy we aim to support with your stay and are flexible we understand how things change,

We are in a small hamlet called Brimming ton common a small urban area mainly consisting of bungalows and similar property's, which is 5 minutes by car to historic chesterfield well known for his period buildings the crooked spire and market days, we are about 15 minutes from Sheffield and 20 Minutes to a lot of attractions such as Chatsworth house, hardwick Hall and Gulivers sheffield and Matlock. The house is close to ancient woodland wich is a 2 minute walk at the bottom of the lane which is part of the trans Pennine trail. ideal for walking the dog or to explore the area we have walking books available on request. we have a few large supermarket's close by and the white heart is close by at Carlow for a drink and a meal also in Brimming ton about a fifteen minutes walk there are several pubs and a micro brewery pub, Chesterfield has a host of restaurants and shopping available,
