• 4 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 double with 1 twin via the double, 1 single room • 2 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with bath and WC, 1 shower room with shower and WC • Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine • Wood burner (logs included) • Smart TV in lounge • Dogs are not permitted upstairs • Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ • Ample off-road parking • Pub and community shop 3.5 miles (narrow lane)  • Sleeps 6 + 1 small child • Towels are not provided • Travel Cot and Highchair must be requested at time of booking if required • Due to remoteness of property during the winter months when conditions are icy/snowing, a 4 wheel drive may be required by guests as the road won't be gritted • The property has several steps leading up or down into various rooms on the ground floor
