I am Neil. My wife and I have several local holiday lets. It has become a bit of a passion. We have two dogs - Bella and Rufus. I used to be a publisher and my wife is a teacher. Like many people we love travelling - especially the Greek islands. We are just normal people who love our dogs and our friends.

Property information

Arnold House is named after my late father. My wife and Ihave put every ounce of effort and love into making it beautiful. The kitchen is fully equiped. The furniture and decore has been chosen to ecapsulate luxury. The bedding and towels are all Egyptian cotton. We dont think anything has been left to chance. Arnold house is somewhere we would want to stay. Actually I personally believe it is the best short term rental of its type in the region. Cleaning - oh the cleaning - This is my thing. If a place is not immaculate then its not for me. We make sure Arnold house is pristine. Hosting three beds. One extra long king size: One double and one single. Each with hypoallergenic bedding and pillows. Most rooms have Alexa for added gadgets and experiance. The TV has Netflix, Amazon and the usual channels. The living room has arecord player with some old school vinyls for some nostalgia. I love gadgets. The bathroom has - conditioner, shampoo, body wash and liquid hand soap. The rear garden has parking and a modern Rattan dining set. All in all we hope that Arnol House offers an unparalled experiance.

Neighbourhood information

Calverley is a poshish area. It is close to Leeds centre as well as Harrogate and Bradford. The local walks are beautifull to say the least. Calverley has a few good local country, dog friendly pubs that serve food. There are several local train stations that can get you into the centre of leeds in 8 minutes. Calverley is a quiet residential profesional area that is very safe.
