Fresh, local produce is served in the restaurant which specialises in shellfish during the summer and game in the winter. Local wine and real ales are served in the cosy bar which features deep red ceilings and traditional wooden furniture. A log-fire in the lounge provides a warm room in which guests can relax on the large leather sofa. An elegant decor features in all rooms, which also include a flat-screen TV with DVD player and a hairdryer. A selection of toiletries is included in each tiled private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Badger Inn. Petworth House, set in 700 acres of parkland, is 10 minutes’ drive away. Free parking is possible on-site and Cowdray Golf Club is a 15-minute drive away. Goodwood Circuit and Goodwood Racecourse are within 20 minutes’ drive.
