The property is located on a working farm. The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply. There is open water in the property grounds. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. With great walking on Exmoor, and sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Putborough close by, this characterful property is in a wonderful location for a holiday.. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth Speaker, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine First Floor: Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV Separate Toilet.. Initial logs for wood burner included. Cot available on request. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Games room with table tennis. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead (working farm). Private parking.. All properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Landscaped grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site).
