newly built cottage (oct 2021) on a small farm in the lovely village of Kirkhamgate . Only 1/2 mile from junction 41 M1 and junction 28 M62. An ideal spot for commuting to Wakefield, Leeds , Bradford , Yorkshire Dales or the Peak District . 2 car off street parking WIFI Smart TVs with Netflix Hot tub at extra cost

a village location , with village pub countryside views yet 2 minutes from motorway links to north south east and west there is off street parking available for 2 vehicles
