Clematis Cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms - 1 king-size double & 1 twin. It is a character semi-detached cottage in Tealby village, 2 miles from Market Rasen. The cottage has a beautiful shower room, kitchen, dining room with woodburning stove & a sitting room. Outside there is roadside parking & a lawned garden with furniture & barbecue. It's ideal for a couple or small family, & there are many attractions nearby such as the Lincolnshire Wolds & the city of Lincoln.
We moved to Lincolnshire 30 years ago after University and loved it so much we stayed! We have 2 daughters and 2 black labrador dogs all of who love walking on the Wolds. Clematis Cottage has been our holiday home since 2013. I am a creative and love gardening, being outside and family time. We provide a lovely well -thought out Tastes of Lincolnshire Welcome Pack with some of the basics to help you get settled in to Clematis Cottage. We send lots of information out to guests before they leave home.
Tealby is a gorgeous village on the western fringe of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We have loads of great walking nearby, straight from our door! There are 2 great dining pubs within walking distance. Tealby has a community shop and a beautiful vintage-themed tea room. A car is important here as we are in a very rural area, but we do have Call Connect, a bookable local bus service. Bikes are available to hire, and there is a good local taxi service. Trains from Market Rasen are 3 miles away, and there are reliable regular bus services also from Market Rasen.
