If you require complimentary collection from public transport points - please ask since I am more than happy to bring you to the property if you are not arriving by car. Additionally, special requirements such as a child travel cot and special themes such as balloons, chocolates, and flowers for special occasions will be available on request.

The Vue cinema, bowling alley and restaurants are within walking distance. Pubs in the area include The Lysander, Dormouse and Burton Stone Inn. Additionally, an abundance of takeaways and fine dining options can be found at restaurants like Jaipur Spice, The Piano and The Ivy Brasserie. The neighbourhood is safe, and the flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a bus stop a minute’s walk away. York train station is host to many direct popular destinations, such as Harrogate, Leeds, Newcastle, Scotland, and London (under 2 hours). The number 6 bus stop is 1 minute walk from the property and takes you into the centre of York. There is space on the drive for one car and secure space for bikes. Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately if they conduct in any inappropriate behaviour in the garden that may have illegal Gross Misconduct implications. Guest must adhere to the UK City noise laws of a maximum acceptable amount of noise during 'night hours' which are between 11pm and 7am. After 11pm, permitted noise levels are: 34 dBA (decibels adjusted) where background noise is no higher than 24dBA
