Before moving to Croft Farm at the beginning of 2022 we lived in North Wales running a farm, campsite and bed & breakfast in rural Snowdonia National Park. After spending 12 years doing that we decided to make a change and do something a little different. We knew that we wanted to continue to work in hospitality as we love providing people with a happy and memorable break away from the hustle and bustle of working life. From the moment we first visited the area we were captured by the beautiful coastal paths, sweeping beaches and rolling countryside. Pembrokeshire offers so much, from water sports and adventure parks to historic castles and boat trips. What’s best is that you can take advantage of all of this and then put your feet up with the homely comforts of Croft Farm.

Here at Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages, we create award-winning farm holidays which are perfect for children – even the big child in each of us! Our spotless, luxury holiday cottages are just 4 miles from the sea in West Wales and include use of the private, indoor leisure complex (with hour-long bookable slots) as well as indoor and outdoor play areas . There’s plenty here to help you unwind and relax whilst your children discover the adventure of meeting and playing with new friends…even farmyard ones! With a site packed with activities and facilities, surrounded by lush green fields, friendly farm animals and the sound of seagulls in the distance, you can choose one of our cottages with hot tubs for a relaxing break or one of our dog-friendly cottages for an outdoor adventure with you furry friend. From large holiday cottages (some with hot tubs) which host your whole family to intimate, cosy boltholes for some alone time with your partner, we offer everything you need and things you didn’t know you needed for a perfect rural holiday on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Just 5 minutes down the road we have the lovely town of Cardigan which is bustling with trendy cafes and restaurants. In the centre of town is Cardigan Castle that is now used for events ranging from music to theatre and even outdoor cinema experiences. At a similar distance we have Poppit Sands which is a delightful Blue Flag beach with sand dunes and a wide open sandy beach with plenty of space for a relaxing day splashing about in the sea and building sand castles. Other beautiful beaches in proximity are Mwnt, Newport and Aberporth. There are a wide range of coastal activities including paddle boarding, surfing, coasteering and dolphin and seal watching that can be accessed in the area. Further afield there is Castell Henllys - an iron age village reconstruction - which offers an excellent day out for the whole family.
