The credit/debit card used to book the pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.
Please note that meal prices are not applicable on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Please contact the hotel for further information regarding meal options on these days.
Rates which include breakfast offer a full traditional or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, unless stated otherwise.
Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the hotel’s table d’hôtel menu. Where a hotel does not offer a table d’hôtel menu, an allowance (which varies from hotel to hotel) is allocated towards dining from the a la carte menu.
There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner.
