Situated in the Devon countryside, just 8 minutes’ drive from Totnes Railway Station, the historic Dartington Hall boasts a medieval courtyard, beautifully landscaped gardens, and free parking. Dartington Courtyard Rooms offer an informal and unique setting on a 1200-acre estate amongst medieval buildings, listed gardens, local foods, vibrant arts and craft offers, and a dynamic small-scale college learning community. Most bedrooms at Dartington Hall feature an en-suite bathroom and all guests have access to free tea/coffee making facilities and Wi-Fi. The on-site award-winning restaurant offers an a la carte menu, and each carefully prepared dish is made of locally sourced ingredients Guests can reach the coast and the seaside resort of Paignton in 20 minutes’ drive. At Dartington, you’ll stay in rooms facing our medieval listed courtyard or our great lawn, with easy access to over 800 acres of glorious Grade 2* listed gardens and the best in local and seasonal food and drink at 'The White Hart' bar and restaurant. Our 14th century Barn Cinema shows a wide film programme and we offer activities on the estate for groups including teambuilding, orienteering, archery, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking, foraging and bush craft and much more. Dartington Hall boasts first class conference facilities providing a glorious backdrop with a range of comfortable, well-equipped rooms, with an abundance of natural light and a pleasant outlook.
