A self-contained double room with en-suite, annexed from the main house with it's own entrance and keys Downs Edge Annex is set in a great location just a short walk to the seafront and start of the famous South Downs and Beachy Head. Situated in Meads Village area of Eastbourne, which is to the western side of the town. The quiet Holywell Beach is just a five-minute walk from the cottage, Eastbourne’s main beach with its host of facilities and pier is just one mile away along the seafront parade. For keen walkers this is an ideal holiday location, the stunning clifftop at Beachy Head with its breath-taking views is within one hours’ walk across the downs, guests may like to continue onto the Birling Gap and Seven Sisters, approximately a four mile walk. Pets are welcome upon request
