Flat 1, a third-floor duplex apartment, consists of a kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, seating for four guests, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV, exposed wooden beams. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a permit parking for one car.
