The flat is small and cosy with a lounge diner, bedroom, bathroom and entrance hall.

The flat is 25 yards from Church Street, behind Myrddins Bar and Tap, and up a metal staircase.
It is in the quaint area of "Old Barmouth" but within easy reach of the harbour, restaurants, pubs, and shops. Parking is in the main car park with a permit. The closest parking to the flat is the far right corner where there is a cut through to Davy Jones' Locker. It is a 5 minute walk.
