Francis House is a large 3 bedroomed property, close to all Cheltenham has to offer. The downstairs is a great social space with a large modern fitted kitchen with a central island and 3 stools, with all you need including a dishwasher, a coffee machine, hob and oven and a fridge freezer. The lounge is off the kitchen with a handy sofa bed, chair with foot stool, electric fire and full wifi. There is a utility area with a handy downstairs loo and washing machine. The family bathroom is on the middle floor with steam shower and jacuzzi bath. There are 2 twin rooms and an extra bed in the hallway - just in case you need it! The top floor is the master with a comfy double bed The bed config is as follows: Bedroom 1 - 2 Single Beds Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds 1 Single Bed (this space is in the hallway) Bedroom 3 - 1 Double Bed On the ground floor is access to the garden with is fully enclosed with a bench and a few shrubs. There is parking around the side for 2 small cars, and you can park across the dropped curb if needed.
