Spacious second floor 1 bedroom flat in a tower block measuring approx 470 sq ft, the property benefits from a spacious balcony area with views over the park.
The space
A delicate minimalist design is adorning the whole apartment. Equipped with a Smart TV, so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix, free high-speed Wifi and a sofa-bed where to kick back and relax.
Dining table with four chairs
Bedroom is cosy and spacious. The king size bed is furnished with 2 comfortable pillows, duvet and mattress protector. The shutter curtains are offering a perfect impenetrability for a reposing, relaxing night.
Within the room is provided a spacious wardrobe with hangers. You can find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.
An additional desk where to work or study from home is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster, coffee machine, grill, blender

The property is situated in a very quiet yet very central development in the heart of the East end of London being just a 15 minute walk east of Tower Hill tube station and being an 5 minute walk west of Shadwell DLR and overground station taking you direct to Shoreditch, Canary Wharf etc. A short walk away from the conservation area of St Katharine Docks, Tower Bridge and Tower of London and a nearby supermarket, open 7 days a week.
Please note, the apartment is located on the second floor (has lift access) of a tower block in a quite residential area
