Buzz and Jo are the proud owners of Beaches Guest House and would very much like you to enjoy their beautiful home with them. They have taken every care to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable and with 50 years of living locally, are happy to spend time with you designing your perfect trip,. Beaches Guest House is warm and welcoming and all the staff work hard to enable you to relax in comfort. Come and meet the team and hopefully you will love 'Beaches Guest House' as much as we do.

With scenic sea views, Beaches Licensed Guest House is located in Southend-on-Sea. Free WiFi access is available, as well as free on-street parking, on a first come first served basis. Each room has wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels, tea/coffee making facilities and beautiful Bramley toiletries for you to enjoy during your stay. Fresh milk and bottled water available on request. All of our rooms are beautifully decorated and are all en-suite with several balcony rooms enjoying panoramic sea views. To the rear of the property, the Breakfast room, is located in our light filled, conservatory, with access to a delightful garden with sitting area. Other facilities offered at the property include alcohol license, water dispenser, luggage storage, selection of games and a beautiful, secluded garden. There is an array of activities to be enjoyed in the surrounding areas, including paddle boarding, cycling, kayaking, golfing/crazy golf and of course theme park, amusements and casinos too. We are directly opposite the Beach and a short walk from bars and restaurants, including The Roslin , Camelia, Ocean Beach, Sunset Bar and Billy Hundreds.
