Hallington Head is a cosy, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house situated in Newton Aycliffe, a short distance to Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. On entry is the open plan lounge and dining area with a TV, sofas and a four - seater dining table and patio doors, looking out onto the spacious garden. Off from the dining area is the kitchen which includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, and a clothes airer. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The family bathroom has a bath with an over the bath shower. Externally is a large rear garden which guests can use. Please note parking for Hallington Head is on street.
