Welcome to our beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom holiday home on a fantastic quiet location less than 10 minutes’ walk from the incredible Haven facilities and all the activities for families, couples & dog owners. Mablethorpe’s Award Winning Dog Friendly beach and transport stops are opposite the park entrance. Free wi-fi & up to 5G mobile signal are available at the property. Top quality furnishings and double glazed throughout with heating in all bedrooms as well as the lounge area. A full-length veranda with two gated access provides a comfortable outside space for children to play on; dogs to doze on; adults to relax on. Patio furniture is provided where you can take in the sea air, watch the sunrise and enjoy breakfast with a fresh Dolce Gusto coffee (machine provided) or a nice cup of tea. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and squash is available for your refreshment. There is a grassed garden area in front of and behind the caravan. Ample parking space for two cars. New for the 2025 season, we have new carpets, upholstery, curtains and nets as well as new mattresses, pillows, duvets and bamboo protectors in all bedrooms. Bed linen is also provided for your comfort (including sofa bed). The beds in the single rooms are full size beds, so are suitable for adults as well as children. A hair dryer is in the master bedroom. There is a travel cot provided along with cot sheets, a highchair, baby bouncer, bed guard and child friendly crockery and cutlery. You will find a separate good-sized freezer as well as the fridge in the open plan kitchen area along with an air fryer, microwave, toaster and all the essentials to meet all your catering needs. For your entertainment, there is a 43" 4K Smart TV with Netflix, an Xbox One games console with 350 games, Blu-ray DVD player with 200 DVDs, board games, cards etc. Haven Entertainment Passes are not included but can be purchased from Haven directly. Towels/tea towels are not provided, so please bring your own.

Hello, We are Andrea and Iain and we welcome you to book our comfortable and cosy static caravan which we use as our escape to the seaside. We hope you will love it and all the adventures you will share there as much as we do. As parents of a young man with autism and anxiety, we appreciate the difficulties some families may face when it comes to holidays. We purchased our static caravan in a calm, quiet location, but still close to all the facilities and activities, so it’s not far to walk to reach a relaxing chill out space. We have added some extra touches that may help any anxieties like: • Sensory, resistance and fidget toys • Slumber tents • Bedroom lights/projectors • Tactile books and colourful story books • Haven character soft toys and fluffy blankets • Child-proof door catches • Ear defenders • Visual door labels. Andrea is also a teacher of children with SEND so if you need any resources for activities to keep at the caravan, there will be some available for you. For dog lovers, although we don’t have any ourselves, we understand the importance of being able to include your furry family members in making happy holiday memories. So, we allow up to 2 small/medium well behaved dogs at no extra cost, unless there is any damage caused, or additional cleaning is required. We ask that you use the throws provided and don't allow pets to use the bedrooms please. Dog showers are available at the entrance to the parks for sandy paws, so could you please bring towels for your fur babies for after bathing. There is a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products at the property to keep everything fresh. In addition, the holiday home is thoroughly cleaned after every visit. The area and holiday park are very dog friendly with lots of amazing walks around the coast and countryside for all to enjoy. At the park entrance, there's a land train that will whisk you off into Mablethorpe, There’s also a bus stop there where you can travel directly to Skegness. Golden Sands has so many places to eat, have fun or relax. Perhaps walk along the stunning 16 mile stretch of coastline. A perfect place for some Vitamin Sea 😊 Supermarkets in Mablethorpe: Tesco, Lidl, Co-op plus a Co-op onsite. All within easy walking distance are: • Loewen Cinema. With comfortable seating and a large range of snacks and drinks, the Loewen offers an immersive cinema experience.
