Central heating is controlled by the owner and comes on twice a day. The garden and BBQ are shared. There are low banisters at the property. First floor apartment with sea views and wood burner, sandy beach at Red Wharf Bay close by, Plas Newydd nearby.. 1 step to entrance. Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Woodburner Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Built by Sir Harry Verney in the early 20th century, this interesting country house has been cleverly converted into a small cluster of holiday apartments. This wing of Wern y Wylan Court with sea views is a striking example of Arts and Crafts architecture. There is a shared garden and barbecue area, ideal for dining al-fresco. The holiday property is in an AONB, surrounded by countryside, forests and the sandy beach of Red Wharf Bay, only 0.5 miles away, and is perfect to discover local tourist attractions, including Beaumaris with its 13th-century castle, gaol, courthouse and restaurants. Discover the island’s varied coastline, perfect for all watersports, horse riding, golf courses, leisure centres, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Plas Newydd (National Trust) and day trips to Snowdonia, and even Dublin.
