My home is a 3 storey semi town house situated in a quite road . Your just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful city of Lichfield and 2 minutes to our local pub . The accommodation room is on the ground floor of my home which is a double room with french doors opening up to the garden . You have your own private bathroom adjacent to your bedroom with shower etc… Also there is the facility too use the utility room on the ground floor . The utility room has a small fridge , microwave, tea and coffee facilities. also kitchenware for your own use . As a family we also live at the property but not within your space downstairs!
I live in the house with my children who are now grown up and have 2 small cavapoo dogs who love meeting new people . You will get an overload of love off these two !! Both dogs are hypoallergenic so no hairs !!
Very quite residential area with just a short distance to Lichfield city , walking will take 10 mins and is all flat surface . We have a lovely Cathedral that is free to wonder round , and a couple of museums such as Dr Johnson Birthplace and that is also a free admission . The town is small and quaint with lots of historic buildings and little independent shops to view .
