Beautifully peaceful pet friendly lodge situated in a tranquil setting at the edge of the picturesque historic town of Steyning and with stunning, uninterrupted views of rolling countryside.. Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge has been thoughtfully designed in the owner’s garden. There is one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a modern shower room with walk-in shower and a lovely open plan living space. There is a large comfy double sofa bed in the living area and a well-equipped kitchen. Small garden for barbecue and to let your dog out. Steyning is a small, picturesque market town, just a 20-minute walk from the property. You will find independent shops, an assortment of tea rooms that are dog friendly, restaurants, pubs, a well-stocked supermarket, and a local butcher that is all on the high street. Set on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it offers many miles of bridle paths and footpaths to explore, and the Downs Link cycle path is on your doorstep. Plenty of pretty rural villages and traditional country pubs to discover along its routes plus visit the nearby Steyning Bowl, Chanctonbury Ring, with its stunning views, and the Iron Age hill fort at Cissbury Ring. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton is just a 30-minute drive away, where you can take a tour around the Regency terraces, the Royal Pavilion, the trendy lanes district and book your ticket for the British Airways i360 observation tower and visit the Brighton Sealife Centre.
