Lily’s cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Mendlesham Green. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for an easy get away. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. Situated just off the Suffolk Tourist Route and located on our farm, you will be very close to nature. Public footpaths are just a few yards away which give access to miles and miles of walking paths. Our country lanes make for perfect cycling on the quiet Suffolk lanes whilst the Suffolk coastline can easily be explored. The Towns of Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich are approx. 30 minutes drive and Norwich is approx. 45 minutes drive. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle and toaster, and a microwave and air fryer. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage also has a television and very good fibre internet speed. There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm no later than 10pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property but must be kept on a lead. No more than two dogs at any time. for extra dogs a 30 cleaning fee will be charged on arrival. Well behaved and friendly dogs only. No muzzled animals what so ever.
