Newly renovated 4 bedroom stylish detached luxury home, the ground floor comprises of a quaint games rooms featuring an Air Hockey/Pool table a Sofa and TV, a separate chillout reception leading onto the larger lounge with sky lights comprising of a modern luxury kitchen and large breakfast island with all the mod cons fitted, a large 10 seater marble boardroom table accompanied by a large Luxury L shaped sofa in front of 77" OLED TV, A state of art Japanese TruClean toilet located next to the Lounge, Bi Folds open fully to the Garden space which contains a large Modern luxury LED lighted Hot tub and also seating and dining for 6. 1st floor 4 Bedroom with 2 King size Bed & 2 Doubles Beds, Luxury Deep pile carpets, Luxury Ensuite & Jacuzzi Bath, House located n Oldbury, 4 miles from the centre of Birmingham and walking distance to the Sandwell Aquatics Centre which will be hosting the Birmingham Commonwealth 2022 swimming and diving events. We are centrally located to all attractions in Birmingham and just 40 minutes drive away from Drayton Manor Zoo Theme Park and West Midlands Safari park. The house is located on a cul de sac, next to an open field good for walking dogs.
I have lived in Birmingham all my life, I am a mother to two teenage girls and have a 2 year old dog called Milo who is a malti-poo. I have done many family staycations and taking all the good and learning from the bad to make a luxury stylish family home. I will be available to offer help throughout your stay.
Close to centre of Birmingham, walking distance to Sandwell Aquatics Centre for the Commonwealth Games 2022, Tesco Express 2 mins away, near Warley Woods, great for outdoors and walks. Close to local public transport buses. Nearest train stations are Sandwell and Dudley, Langley Green and Rowley Regis. New Street (City Centre)Birmingham is 15-20 minutes drive. The M5 junction 2 and 3 are 10 minutes drive away. 30 mins Drive from BHX Airport / NEC
