This is a great modern and stylish brand new property build just in 2025 near the city centre Birmingham, City centre is just around 3-4 minutes away by drive,
This offers you unlimited hot tub time with connecting your own device with hot tub speakers.
Property offers you great features such a luxury and stylish bedrooms with underfloor heating, laid under porecleam tiles and soft carpets throughout the ground floor, the property have 2 bathrooms one is family bathroom with a shower closure and the second one is an en suit bath which contains a shower room and a bath tub too and this is attached with the master bedroom.
The property has 3 bedrooms in total of which 2 contains double size beds and the third master room has a fitted kingsize bed. All the bedrooms has got their own wardrobes. And 2 bedrooms even have their own smart tv’s.
A fully fitted kitchen is also provided. Where most of basic essentials and cutlery and crockery is provided.
Lastly another luxurious this about this property is, this offers you an upper floor duplex style modern living room with the large glass windows with the view to the rear and inside the property to the kitchen and entrance.
