Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Airbnb. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay. The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

- Spacious and modern townhouse over 2 floors with own car park and garden. - 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Bathrooms sleeping up to 5 people. - Located next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals and on the edge of central Cambridge. - A quick 10 minute drive into the City centre or Cambridge station. - Perfect for pleasure or business with superfast wifi and modern amenities. This spacious and modern townhouse is well located in the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. We are a short walk or drive to the nearby Addenbrookes or Royal Papworth hospitals, as well as the Biomedical Campus. This is the perfect place for up to 5 people looking to explore, work, or study, with everything needed a short walk or drive away. Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and own Ensuite with walk-in shower 2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 x Single Bed and a working desk with monitor available for use Each bedroom features their own built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space Main bathroom with own bath and shower Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and toiletries provided including shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee pods not included), toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use. Your own parking space alongside the house and behind a remote controlled gate, is available for guests to use. On street parking is also available to guests nearby.
