This lovely home away from home is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Woodthorpe, on the outskirts of York, just off the A1237. This wonderful property is ideal for those looking for a comfortable retreat with easy access to the city centre, as well as to explore glorious Yorkshire! We have two double bedrooms, a sunny rear garden and a driveway which can fit up to two cars comfortably. This is the perfect getaway for those wishing for a relaxing and quiet trip to this wonderful city. The space INSIDE: All on one level, my bungalow sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, with the option of also borrowing a travel cot, if travelling with small children . From the entrance you'll step into the living dining room where there is plenty of room to relax on two large leather sofas. We've got a Smart TV (TV applications available for guest to use their own accounts), and wifi is free. Our house has two double bedrooms, both with ample wardrobe space and full length mirrors for your comfort. The master bedroom has a luxurious super king size bed and the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower (no bathtub). The kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. First aid kits and fire blankets are also provided. OUTSIDE: The rear garden is paved and catches the sun during the day. There is a lawned area too. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We are located in the neighbourhood of Woodthorpe where there is a variety of local shops, and amenities. At the end of my road you can find a Tripadvisor award winning restaurant, Buongiorno, that serve Sicilian food, an Indian restaurant, Bengal Lounge, the Quakerwood Pub, Silver Pearl for Chinese, and Sloppy's Bar and Kitchen. Tesco Express is in this complex where there is also an ATM. 20 Minutes walk away is Phill Ya Boots, a cafe that serves lovely breakfasts.
