February 2025 - Renovated/Improved. New carpet, Paint, Furniture, Linen and generally more polished. Pavilion house has become a popular choice due to 3 main reasons: 1. Location - in the city center in a quiet road. 2. Parking - for 2 cars on a private driveway in front of the house, with motion lighting. 3. Safe location - next door to Exeter Courts. Pavilion House Exeter is a spacious 3 double bedroom, separate lounge and dining room plus 2-bathroom property, 2 minutes’ walk from the Centre of Exeter, Driveway for 2 car free parking. The house is modern with a traditional warm feel, the house features a garden, extendable dining table and chairs for 8 people, large sofa, fibre broadband, balcony, free 2 car parking, modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Free fibre Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Amazon Prime and Netflix for free on the large Smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bedrooms come equipped with king-size beds with fresh linen and towels provided, hangers and drawers for clothes and both bathrooms, you’ll find bathroom essentials. The master bedroom has a private Shower Room with Shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom features a balcony the 3rd bedroom has a basin. Exeter Central Train station is located 5-minute walk away whilst Exeter City Centre and the Quay can be accessed via an easy 2/5-minute walk.
