This smart, modern townhouse makes a fantastic family- and pet-friendly holiday home on the Sussex coast. Downstairs you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living space where guests can relax and dine in comfort. The patio garden features a barbecue and seating. Upstairs the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower, while one bedroom is equipped with bunks and a trundle for up to three children (or adults). There is a further single bedroom, ideal for an accompanying adult.

The host lives outside the UK, but can still answer most telephone calls. A UK number is provided and calls are relayed at no cost. The host will respond to voice messages within 24 hours. Access to the house is self-service. Keys are retrieved from a lock-box by entering a code. The housekeeper lives in the local area. In the unlikely event you encounter difficulty, the housekeeper will come to the property.

The property is situated just 350 feet from the beach, 1½ miles to the west of Worthing pier. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, where Goring-by-Sea borders West Worthing. Local shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, or short drive. Guests enjoy walking along the promenade to Worthing town centre, or taking the path in the opposite direction, beside Goring greensward (great for dogs) on to Ferring village, past a couple of popular cafes. The South Downs National Park begins at the edge of town, where you'll find wildlife sanctuaries, stately homes, open-air museums and ample opportunity for country walking. A few miles to the west, the seaside resort of Littlehampton is popular with children. The picturesque towns of Chichester and Arundel are within easy reach by car, while cosmopolitan Brighton and Hove can be reached by bus or bicycle, following the coast.
