This property is in a quiet residential area. All guests staying are expected to respect our neighborhood by keeping the noise down after 10pm. STRICTLY NO PARTIES (NOISY GATHERINGS) ALLOWED after 10pm. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Fancy a gym (free). Pets are no longer allowed - charge applies for breach of pets policy (min 50 GBP) unless pre agreed directly with myself (the owner) (10 GBP per day max 50GBP per stay) I live next door and I will see and hear. Book for correct number of guests otherwise extra charges will apply. Close to shops and Loughborough University. Gym is shared with myself, There is lots of toys for all ages in the house to keep your kids happy and adults entertained. 5G Wi-Fi. The house is equipped with cooking pots, cutleries plates, mugs etc, there is even tea and coffee available for guest to use. Nice guests will be offered fresh chicken eggs for breakfast free of charge. Cooking oil , salt, pepper and frying pan available, as well as toaster, microwave, oven, fridge. We want you to have a happy stay. There is also soup and beadmaker available. Freezer is in the gym/garage. The gym is occasionally repurposed as classroom for hybrid foraging course. On the day/time of the indoor of hybrid event, the downstairs toilets will be closed off from the main house and used by the course attendees. After the course, the toilet will be cleaned and made again accessible to the guests. For detail on dates look at Charnwood foraging website. Private foraging events are possible to be arranged.
We are a couple who likes nature and hiking. We prefer clean accommodation in quiet zone, near shops and restaurants is ideal for us. We are now also hosting. My husband Peter is now retired and I work in renewable energy sector. I live next door to the rented property so whenever possible I welcome you in person and show you around. There is also a secure key box if I can not be there when you arrive.
Corner shop 300m coop 10 min walk 2 min drive. Several takeaways nearby.
