This is our newly refurbished self contained ground floor flat expecting families of 4 who come for the nearby beach. Private lock box entrance and off road parking. We are a frontline beach facing property. Leave the apartment via a private gate to the beach path 120m across the common and you are on the beautiful beach. Rest Bay is a large sandy beach famous for surfing with rock pools and pebbles around the edge.The coastal path walk in both directions is spectacular.
20 minutes walk along the promenade to the town of Porthcawl.
Myself and my wife Joanna have travelled around the world staying at Airbnbs now it is our turn to host with our newly refurbished self contained ground floor flat located below our first floor home.
We hope to pass on the best bits of the places we have stayed at to our place.
Your holiday will be private with no need to meet us but if you like to get to know your hosts or need anything let us know.

Coastal path westwards several miles of spectacular walking behind the many different beaches.
Promenade eastwards to Porthcawl town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Promenade to Porthcawl foot and bicycle safe.
Nearby bus stop at end of the road.
Land train to Porthcawl and Coney Beach during summer months.
Mainline railway station at Pyle 3.4 miles away.
